STANDARD DELIVERY – flat rate $20 or FREE on orders over $200.
Metro: 3 – 7 business days.
Regional: up to 7 – 10 business days.
NEXT DAY delivery available Sydney Metro Only flat rate $20 (order before 11am).

CLICK & COLLECT- FREE pick up available from our offices between 1.00pm and 6.00pm Monday to Friday in Campbelltown, NSW 2560. You will receive an email from us when it’s ready to collect.

Please note: Delivery times are based on published information from our couriers, however due to occasional unforeseen courier delays are not guaranteed in any way by Turk Towels.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
– Delivery to Australia only
– Free standard delivery is available once a minimum order total has been reached. This is only valid after the relevant discount code or voucher code has been applied.
– If the receiver is not at the nominated address at the time of delivery a calling card will be left with further instructions.
– Once you have placed your order online, our Warehouse staff are busy picking and packing your order as fast as possible for you. As such, we are unable to make any alterations or additions to your order.
– Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.
– Please ensure all address details are correct and provided in full when placing your order. If orders are unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address or are delivered to the wrong address, Turk Towels will not cover any re-delivery costs.
– Turk Towels is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

RETURNS POLICY

Faulty Products
If any Product is faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose or does not match the description then please contact us by email at order@turktowels.com.au and one of our Customer Service Team will assist with your request.

Turk Towels will offer a replacement Product, credit note or refund at its discretion subject to the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) Turk Towels will evaluate your return request and send you full return instructions and return address. The postage cost for the return will be borne by you except where Turk Towels subsequently deems the returned Product faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose or that it does not match the description on the Site in which case Turk Towels will refund the postage cost to you. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that your returned item reaches us safely. Turk Towels are not liable for the loss or damage of return items in transit. Please use a traceable delivery method and keep a record of your tracking number. Turk Towels will email you to confirm when a return has been received by us.
